1. Optimization of raw materials. We choose suppliers with strength and stable quality. We buy a large amount of raw materials at once and establish long-term good relationships with suppliers.
2. Improvement and regular maintenance of big equipments. We bought many advanced equipments like famous Daojin furnace sintering and Hengpu furnace. Purchase injection machines of different tonnage and robotic arms to cooperate with the injection.
3. Talanted person is most important aspect for our MIM technology. Making our parts have many details, and production must be arranged properly.
4. Post machining. The dimensional quality requirements of the product are reflected in this process. We have 10 long-term workers who are specially trained for post-processing, so that our products can be shipped quickly and with guaranteed quality. Thread tap is an additional process, and we have specialized automatic machines on this process.
